- 1. Overseas applicants who have been denied of Study Permit are entitled to a refund with a deduction of CAD$200 as administration fee.
- 2. Students who withdraw more than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a deduction of 15% as processing fee.
- 3. Students who withdraw less than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a deduction of 30% from the total tuition fees paid.
- 4. Students who withdraw within 30 calendar days after the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a 50% deduction from the total tuition fees paid.
- 5. Students who withdraw after 14 calendar days prior to the first day of class are not entitled to any refund.
- 6. All requests for refund must be processed in writing and supported by documents e.g. rejection letter Immigration Canada.
- 7. Students who have received the Letter of Acceptance issued by Century High School and successfully obtained the Study Permit are not eligible for tuition refund.
- 8. Students who request 'Letter of Acceptance' from the school must complete their course registration first. Once 'Letter of Acceptance' is issued, students are not allowed to drop the courses.
