Refund Policy (old)

1. Overseas applicants who have been denied of Study Permit are entitled to a refund with a deduction of CAD$200 as administration fee.
2. Students who withdraw more than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a deduction of 15% as processing fee.
3. Students who withdraw less than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a deduction of 30% from the total tuition fees paid.
4. Students who withdraw within 30 calendar days after the first day of class are entitled to a refund with a 50% deduction from the total tuition fees paid.
5. Students who withdraw after 14 calendar days prior to the first day of class are not entitled to any refund.
6. All requests for refund must be processed in writing and supported by documents e.g. rejection letter Immigration Canada.
7. Students who have received the Letter of Acceptance issued by Century High School and successfully obtained the Study Permit are not eligible for tuition refund.
8. Students who request 'Letter of Acceptance' from the school must complete their course registration first. Once 'Letter of Acceptance' is issued, students are not allowed to drop the courses.
